Drains Plus is a very professional company. We have a cottage in Sandpoint with a vintage toilet and BRIAN has taken fantastic care of us whenever a situation arises. He has gone way beyond the call of duty to fix our toilet as well as clear our vintage pipes on another occasion. Excellent diagnostics! THANK YOU Drains Plus and especially BRIAN.

Crooked business. Was quoted $135 to unclog pipes. Never fixed the problem, and 2 months later I see a $135 charge on my account. They called it a "service charge" when i was clearly quoted for showing up for 5 minutes. They then claimed my card kept getting declined , even though I made sure I had the money when I called plus had several opportunities to pull it out.
