Drains Plus was recommended by our landlord for major drain issues in our basement. Although they came same day, they were there a total of 15 minutes, damaged our door with their equipment and whatever was done was a short-term fix. When contacted about the property damage - calls were not returned until the landlord got involved and nothing was done. Basement flooded yesterday, landlord called them again - showed up today - stayed 10 minutes - tracked mud through the house, sprayed the bathroom with mud, left their buckets - communicated nothing to what they fixed. Worst customer service, lack of care towards someones home, unprofessional, etc... So disappointed. Call Roto-Rooter...

I just watched one of their drivers almost run a girl over on a bike because he wasn't paying attention!! Unreal
