Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Derrick was wonderful! He got to my house about 30 minutes after my initial phone call & was so friendly & competent. He explained what he was going to do & accomplished his task with a smile on his face. He made an unfortunate situation into a pleasant experience. I am very happy with the service he provided.

Bob was at my moms house from 8:30 to 4:00 working his but off. He did not leave until he had the job complete. I can't say enough about the way he treated my mom and her problem. Would recommend Bob on any job. Thanks again!

Mark and Bill were very friendly and highly knowledgeable. We called them and they were able to come the same day. Our leak was fixed quickly. They gave us great advice about what we needed to do to follow up and walked us through next steps with our insurance claim. On Sunday afternoon, we experienced a clogged pipe and could not get water to run down our kitchen sink drain. After my husband tired to clear it and failed, we called Roto-Rooter. Within a half-hour, Bob appeared and began to diagnose the problem. He was polite, professional, and very efficient. He went right to work with his drain snake. He worked very hard and got our pipe unclogged. The price was reasonable, and I would not hesitate to use this service again and ask them to send Bob!
