Very reasonable and fast - they were knowledgeable and helped answer questions. I got a quote form another big name and they were able to help me for 198$ where the other place was quoting 1500. They do great work- will use again!

Dan was incredibly knowledgeable and knew what needed to be done. There were no ridiculous quote fees like many of the other companies. He fixed the problem and sent pictures afterward. Great service, Ashley was awesome, I’ll be calling back for future repairs. Thanks Dan and Ashley!

Had them come out to install my new dishwasher, so they pulled out the old one and couldn’t install the new one because of older copper waterline so they pushed back the old one and didn’t connect the waterlines back up so I have about $7000 worth of mold and water damage on the floor below the kitchen now they say they didn’t do that which I have pictures. And the fact that I didn’t let them know two months until after it happened. But with pictures from their installers showing that they had disconnected it . And because I didn’t let don’t let them know in a certain mount of time they deny my claim. So pictures from the installers disconnecting it and not hooking up waterlines saying that they didn’t disconnect them but they were disconnected and the time that it’s been disconnected I have led to this amount of mold and water damage. I would post pictures but I can’t on here. Horrible customer service, Will not return phone calls or answer phone calls what kind of business can be around like that.

Called OCB plumbing for my mom after she had a drain backup. At first she called roto-rooter and they quoted her an astronomical amount to tear up her floor ans replace a check valve. OCB came out promptly and reviewed the job. For the same problem they were able to do the job for a fraction of the cost that roto-rooter was going to charge. Every person I spoke to was professional and courteous, they were always punctual and communicated with me during every step. Highly recommend!!
