They were very accomidating and knowledgeable. They kept me in the loop every step of the way explaining not only what they were doing but why. Also the cost was much lower than i expected. Would definately reccomend.
I am a contractor in southeast iowa. I called to get a quote for electric and plumbing for an addition I was doing. I asked when they thought they could get to it and they said that they have no idea. I asked not even a rough estimate like sometime this week, sometime next week. Their response very bluntly was NOPE! 2 days later they got a hold of my customer and said they would be there tomorrow aka Friday. Never heard anything and now it's Wednesday. So I have to find someone else and it has pushed my job back at least a week an a half. VERY unprofessional! It's called a planner, you get one from walmart and you use it to map out your work schedule and appointments. I hear they do really good work but it's getting them there to get a quote to do the work that I'm giving a thumbs down.
