Everything about this went wrong. Do not get your carpet installed by HD contractors. Cancelled 2 times for one reason or another. When they finally showed up with out a phone call the carpet was not pre-cut as HD claimed it was.Carpet cut from a large roll they had with them.We tried to cancel but was told carpet pre-cut fee to cover cut carpet cost.Then the padding under carpet has already separated frpm not taping seams and I'm still waiting for a follow up call from HD or this third party carpet installer so i can tell them what a crappy job it is.
