I can't say enough good things about our experience with this company. They have been extremely friendly to us and always willing to accommodate our schedule. The workers they sent out were knowledgeable and answered every question we had.

I called Jenkins to address a leak I had in a rental. They came out the next day, found the issue and addressed the problem. Easy to deal with and in my opinion very affordable, highly reccomend.

Do not try to rent homes from them. The staff is rude and flat out refused to allow me to speak to a manager. Told me "no there is nothing else to discuss". Only way I would be allowed to rent from them is if I payed the full lease upfront with a security deposit. Terrible waste of time. I have never chased someone so hard to give them my money.
