Always great service at home depot

I can't say enough great things about Jim in plumbing. My Samsung front load washer wouldn't drain and I determined it was the drain pump. It would run if the front lint catch was removed and the water allowed to drain that way...all over my floor. I came in looking for something to rig up until a repair guy could come look at it. Jim helped me figure out some plumbing components that would let it drain from the front into a hose that I hooked up where it would normally drain into. Cost all of $19. He spent about half an hour with me helping me figure out what would work.
