we contacted them to install a new hot water heater in our house since they had done work for us previously. I dont think the elder Mr. Dorsey came to this visit. Lamar Dorsey is who installed this hot water heater. He told us everything was fine. that he put the new hot water heater on blocks under the house. well that was a lie and it is not level either. and he left the old hot water heater just sitting under the house. the main complaint i have is that while he was inside my home, he went into my bedroom and looked through my dresser and stole my medicine while he was supposed to be turning off the power. DO NOT USE THEM. I am not sure if his dad even knows he did the job and stole from us. we cant contact them because Lamar answers the phone every time.
