The technician was very polite and knowledgeable about the make and model of our units. He was very thorough with his diagnostics and explained everything to me before he started the actual repair work. I think the charges were very reasonable for the level of service we received.

I had my entire cooling system replaced by Jackson costing me over 6K. I have had nothing but one problem after another with the a/c going out. They were here in May repairing my system and as I type this review I have been without a/c since Saturday...so at this point I am fed up and have had enough of this. So today something has to change. I am going to the top of the list to speak with whomever I need to for something to be done about my continuous outages.

The technician that came out was both professional and knowledgeable. He explain everything he was doing and answered all my questions. I would recommend Jackson Services.

Hunter was very professional and courteous. Completed work expeditiously. Definitely will recommend Jackson services to everyone! 5/28/19-- Used Hunter again for my plumbing need. Once again very professional, work done in an efficient manner. Even removed old product and left job site clean!

They were as quick and knowledgeable. Had someone come before them who ripped us off and didn’t fix our a/c. Jackson H&A came out and fixed what the previous guy did and also fixed the original problem. Will be using them from now on
