Had a service call completed, service was ok, the employee was 2 hrs late, no courtesy call. He was suppose to send my information to another part of the company to schedule another job, never followed thru. Fast forward 2 months, finally got the bill, price was reasonable, again they were suppose to call me back to schedule another estimate for the work I ask about two months earlier.. Recently, I have decided to give them another opportunities and guess what FAILED, they were suppose to be on my job site @9:00am, no call again, I leave, at 9:38am they call me acting like I'm the one who is late, very rude phone interaction, I am fine trying to give big companies my business. There may be people who they treat better so I will let them keep those customers... Thanks for reading
