I hire them for my business construction, They seem to be nice in the beginning to capture the contract, once they got the advanced check it took them nearly 50 day to order the electrical components to start the work and the reason was they order the materials at the of Christmas holidays and everything was backed up, after that it took them another month to stretch their legs to catch up with work because all their labor were sick they all had flu one after the other. The MAIN purpose of giving them 60K in just labor contract was to have the 3 phase for kitchen so I can offer food in my business. After almost 11 months of lagging and dragging work they haven’t done any electrical work for the kitchen and also charge me subcontractors bill in my materials invoice without notifying me, which CIRCLE D supposed to pay. CORCLE D has charged me nearly 10k extra then contract price and also made 20% commissions on materials which was paid by me. And now after they have left the incomplete work when I call them they don’t pick up or reply to the text. There is leak problem for plumbing work they did, and mind it, they installed new 5 ton AC UNIT of which the thermostat is not working. It’s hard to get in touch with them with my number, I have to block my ID to speak with MARK the owner of the company, he says that he will send some one, but never send any one. Be careful with them, they make contract such a way that half of the thing is not mentioned so that they can get away.
