Showed up at the agree upon time, and also completed the job at the same price quoted. Very fair price. Steve and Angie are both very knowledgeable and do great work!
Needed septic tank pumped. Call Shaw's, mistake , they didn't do the job right. Still had backup in the house. Shaw's said no way. They were called to come back and see what was going on, but they wouldn't call back, when we finally got them to come back, after listening to ms Shaw piss and moan about how bad her life is. They still didn't fix the problem. Steve and Angie were both very rude and made threats. Well since then we had to get another plumber to come and clean up their mess and he said the work the Shaw's did was so sloppy, he didn't even charge a dime to fix the problem that the Shaw's couldn't or wouldn't fix. My question, who treats people like this and takes their money, especially a 80 year old widow.you should be a shame, but I'm sure you are not. So be careful who you hire. Some people are honest and true. But not Shaw's plumbing
Good people Showed up at my house at 10:00 PM because they didn’t want me to be without water all weekend. I would say they went above and beyond what any other company would have done. They deserve all my gratitude
Spoke with Brock plumbing about a new job, they said they would arrive at 8 am to price and never showed up. They never called or responded just wasted my time.
