Cody was great! I have had more than 5 different companies come to my house to try and diagnose my issue and Cody not only told me what the problem was but took the time to show me and explain everything. I am so grateful for his knowledge and expertise. Now I am just waiting for the availability to open up so I can get the work done!! Excellent job!!!

Master Plumber Wes was awesome and straight to the point and a job well done and then some. He also brought to my attention a few other things that I noticed like our kitchen faucet needs to be replaced badly. He's awesome and a great trainer as he had someone with him shadowing him as he showed him the ropes of the company. I would definitely recommend.

I would like to thank Nick and Lisa at DC Cheek for providing excellent customer service. My upstairs AC unit stopped working, they provided several quotes/options for the repair including possible unit replacement. I have a limited budget and with 90+ degree weather, and the entire family is sleeping downstairs; I feared having to replace the ENTIRE upstairs AC unit. Nick and Lisa were empathetic to my situation and we were able to locate a warranty for the failing evaporator coil, and in the end saving me thousands $ in the short term. I would recommend DC Cheek to anyone!

Outstanding installation of a new heat exchanger and outstanding service of our existing A/C systems!! Very honest, very knowledgeable, rushes to get out to my house and works diligently, especially, when it was 86 degrees inside of my house!! Absolutely a great experience and this company double checks and triple checks to make sure all is well afterwards. They do not try to take advantage of me like another large well advertised company, that I will not mention the name of, did to me twice and made me pay the highest amount possible without hesitating!!

We’ve been with DC Cheek for almost 20 years. After experiencing a myriad of HVAC technicians sent to our home by American Home Shield, we finally went on our own and stumbled onto DC Cheek. They fixed our problem and we haven’t looked anywhere else. Dustin personally babied our system to a ripe old age of 23 yrs. We finally had it replaced a couple of years ago when our coils gave out. We’re hoping they can keep our new system around for the same number of years. ;) We have never been enticed to look elsewhere for our services. David instilled a wonderful sense of work ethics and customer service in his people. Now, Dustin is doing the same at his turn on the reign. BTW, DC Cheek also installed our water heater replacement. You just can’t go wrong by picking DC Cheek. You’re actually a person with this company. You’re not just a source of revenue. Highly highly highly recommended!
