Michael is a service tech that we wish we could get all the time. Thorough, friendly, neat and explained his procedures. Very pleased to have him do it the work. He's the BEST. It is not if the job is done, it is done only if Michael is satisfied that everything works as it should.

Also I was really pleased with the way the area was cleaned up after. THANKS and I will definitely call again for future services.

He has diagnosed and repaired several items with the electrical system. He was on time, explained what needed to be done, and completed work equickly. Though he was there to repair some switches, we discussed several other items. He recommended a less expensive approach than what was being recommended by another contractor.

Landlord was dragging her heels, putting off calling a Tech. So I did. I paid the Service Call, Joey, the KNOWLEDGEABLE TECH, informed me the Compressor was toast. On a late Sunday call, he couldn't do anything that night. COMPLETELY understand! The Service Call was all I had to pay.
