Sam is great! He is honest and knows what he is doing. The county had told me that I needed to fix my blackflow plumbing. It was hard trying to find someone who is certified. Sam came out and fixed our backflow and gave the the proper forms. The county inspector came back out to inspect it and said it was wrong (turns out the county inspector did not know what he was talking about). Sam got on the phone with the main guy at the county and got it all straightened out. I really appreciate everything Sam has done for me! I will definitely be using Tri-Care Services, Inc. in the future! Thank you!!

I do not recommend this company. The technician was polite and did replace my tankless unit. What he did not do was hook up the electrical properly. Instead using a proper sealed conduit pipe he had the old pipe hanging open with the wires dangling free. Completely illegal. When I spoke to the company owner he was unsympathetic. He said it would be up to me to do the electrical properly and said he would not reduce the price at all. I was furious so my wife called back and convinced him to take off 75$ so we could pay an electrician to finish the job properly.
