AAA Septic Tank Services

I had such a bad experience with this company. The guy Chris that works in the office is just not good at all with the public. We had them pump our septic tank a few times since January 2017. Each time I called Chris always acted like he was doing us a favor and each time they came out it was 225.00 so I felt his people skills are really lacking. At first I thought he was having a bad day and overlooked his attitude. I am not a rude person and wanted to keep the same company coming to pump it out because they were familiar with our septic issues. Well this last time they came out May 15, 2017 to pump the septic tank again. The guy that came out pumped the tank but this time was not here very long at all compared to last visits. I was not home and my 75 year old mother was and she was inside. He knocked on the door And she paid him and got a receipt. She didn't know anything about what he did She trusted him. Later on in the day she walked outside and noticed the hole the guy from AAA dug was still there and he didn't recover it with dirt. That night it rained very hard so all the fill dirt washed away. I called Chris @AAA explained to him how the guy didn't fill the hole. He said he would send him back out to cover it but I told him the rain washed the fill dirt away and there's no need for him to come out to fill it. I just wanted him to know how his employee left it. Fast forward to May 27, 2017 Almost 2 weeks later The toilets are not flushing again. So I called AAA and spoke to Chris And told him the toilets not flushing and needed septic pumped again. Quote his words "you need to find another septic tank company to help you because we can't help you anymore" Very rude and I was shocked AAA has gotten $675.00 of my mother's money since January of this year. So now on May 27, 2017 we can't get a septic tank company to come out because of the holiday weekend. So I call a respectable plumber to come out and see if they could help get us thru somehow till after the Memorial day holiday. The plumber come's out and looks at tank It's full of water And only 2 weeks since pumped so there is no way AAA completely pumped our tank. I just wanted to share my story because I have never dealt with such a rude man as Chris at AAA septic and furthermore His actions and attitude was not at all provoked I felt I needed to share this because my 75 year old mother still does not have working toilets.
