I wish i could give negative stars. Do not get your plumbing done by them. They were the cheapest bid I received but trust me do yourself a favor and go with the middle bid. Their service on all accounts was poor at best, and that's too kind to say. I needed a repipe done and after they claimed it was completed is when i noticed things were not, that's when the issues started. They had to come out 3 more separate times to finish the things they forgot to do, adding a hose spicket, caps to kitchen sink lines and attaching the dishwasher lines. you'd think they would have a checklist or something. they also ran a water line where a stud should go, preventing me from being able to install the wall until they cut a notch out. They were very adamant they did not put it in the wrong place. I had to wager $100 to get them to come back, guess what my $100 was safe in the end. The owner is the rudest most unprofessional person i dealt with throughout the ordeal. I called to ask what something meant, he then proceeded to insult me and bring my mother into it. Do not use this company, unless you want a ton of stress and mediocre plumbing at best

We’ve had to call Johnny Doan on two separate occasions: once for a busted hot water heater and once for a water pipe that was leaking in our foundation. Both times they responded quickly, their work was impeccable, and their staff was extremely courteous. HIGHLY recommend!!!

Our tankless water heater went out. We called and Someone was at our house that day ordered a replacement water heater and it was installed the next day. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

We've used Johnny Doan for many years for our plumbing needs. We recently had a leak in our bathroom that wasn't obvious so we had them come out. They had us contact a leak detection company who came out and located the leak under the slab behind the toilet. Austin came out and moved the toilet, dug up tile and concrete and after awhile found the source in a very tight spot. He worked hard and repaired everything. It was not a simple fix but he kept going till it was repaired properly. I highly recommend them, quick service and flat rate prices which I really liked.
