Emperial Plumbing

I find the review below terribly distressing! A year or so ago, Ed came out to discuss the plumbing portion of our master bath remodel. We were just going to use the same old footprint, until Ed suggested a design change we had never even considered! We were blown away! Ed did all of the relocating of our piping so we could move our tub, shower, and toilet, was always here when he said he'd be - or called if there was a change - and was one of the neatest contractors with whom we've ever worked. He was knowledgeable, extremely personable, did a phenomenal job, and came back to install the fixtures when our tiling was completed because we didn't trust anyone else to cut into our marble tile. Our new master bathroom is fabulous - and we credit a great deal of that to Ed Dukes.

My father, Samir Ragheb, paid Mr. Dukes $2,000 as a down payment for some plumbing work. Mr. Dukes has not done any work. He absconded with the money, has not responded to multiple messages and at this point his phone won't accept calls. Beware! He is a con man. Review other complaints from the last 6 months of 2017 on the BBB website.

The owner of this company, Edward Dukes, took our 50% deposit on a sewer line, didn't do the job for three months and never returned the deposit. Beware!
