Matt was awesome. He was though, expedient and explained everything to me so I was informed about my air conditioning unit. It was a pleasure having him take care of things today. Well done Matt!

The Service rep, Brendan was very polite and knowledgeable. He kept me informed throughout the entire visit. He was very dedicated to his job and was confident in his findings. I appreciate a service person who is honest with clients.

Jordan provided routine maintenance and took the time to explain to me what parts were starting to wear on our equipment. He shared a special the company was offering which would replace a few major parts,provide a warranty on those parts, and hopefully extend the life of our overall system. He is GREAT! We did the upgrade and couldn't be happier with the service!

Our service tech was extremely professional, and very thorough. Even with a horrible downpour, he waited over an hour for the weather to subside and kept on working diligently. Afterward, he laid out some reasonable update/repair options for our current system, and offered to set up time for us to meet with someone to discuss a unit upgrade. Service this great is why we've stuck with Arctic Air.

Tony Cruz has always been excellent. He's what one expects in a professional and then some. I'm always happy with his attention to detail. No question is insignificant--he answers them in easy-to-understand language and as if it's important. Thanks.
