Terry's Plumbing, Air and Energy

We called Terry's when we noticed a slow leak between our supply line and shut off valve on our toilet. When I received the bill, I saw they replaced nearly everything inside the toilet (except the flush handle) for which they charged me nearly $400. I had not authorized any work done except to fix the leak in the supply line / shut off valve. The first time we flushed the toilet, the water would not stop running. We called Terry’s back. This time they told us the flush handle needed to be replaced. However, it was not covered under the repair they just did. They did not have the handle in stock, and it took three weeks for them to come back and replace the flush handle. It was a 10 minute job for which they charged 1½ hours labor and the cost of a new handle. I called Terry’s office and spoke with a Tristan who told me he would look into the matter and call me later that day. He never called me back and that was three weeks ago. I have since called Terry’s four times, and they will not return my calls. I recommend you find another plumbing service.

Terry’s plumber Steven replaced our shower handle valve because we had low water pressure. Steven was efficient and explained what needed to be done. We were happy with the repair and Steven was very courteous. We will certainly use Terry’s again. Thank you.

We'd like to thank Larry from Terry's Plumbing, Air and Energy for diagnosing and fixing three separate problems with the lines leading from our house to the sewer main. He was good at explaining what he found and how he intended to fix it. We will definitely ask for him again when we need a plumber in the future!

Had Eric come out and install a bunch of ceiling fans. He did a fantastic job and was able to get everything done in a timely manner, also he cleaned up and left without a trace. Great tech I would use him again.
