Aqua Plumbing & Air

Since I’m on the third floor of a condo, it required two workmen for the replacement of my water heater and the main water shut off valve. The guys showed up and quickly started the job. They were very professional throughout the whole process and walked me through every step of the bill making sure it was accurate and explained each charge. After three hours of hard work, my new water heater was installed and I was getting hot water and great pressure. Great service from scheduling to finish and will use Aqua again if I’m ever in need.

WE have been using this company for all of our plumbing needs since the fall of 2011. They are reliable and honest. They may not be the most inexpensive plumber in Sarasota, but they do the job right. Sometimes you get what you pay for, and for us, things like plumbing and electric, we like to use professionals. Their service technicians are polite and neat.

Ken was fantastic. He called us 30 minutes before his arrival, so we knew exactly when he was showing up. Both cleaning and maintenance were thorough. My wife and I both remarked on exactly how thorough and courteous/respectful of us and property that he was. He must have checked and rechecked the system 3 times after completing his maintenance. Great job!

Daniel (“Bubba”) is the best! Professional, knowledgeable and articulate giving him the ability to communicate well, in layman’s terms, the issue being addressed. We have had him for major installations (two whole house softening/water purification systems with a third coming to another home soon) as well as simple service calls. Any area he works in is left spotless when the job is complete. Always smiling and working with a “git ‘er done” attitude, he is a credit and true asset to Aqua Plumbing. Give them a call!

The plumber was very good! He did fine work, was on time and very pleasant to work with. That said, I have been frustrated with the lack of availability of plumbers on short notice for urgent repairs. My cottage is a vacation rental and asking them to be without kitchen water for five days is not reasonable. I had to insist on getting a supervisor involved and the earliest appt I could get was three days after the pipe burst. I manage three properties (one for my dad). While we love your plumbers, the response time is causing me to reconsider my choice in plumbers. Consider hiring more plumbers or make it financially viable for them to work at night and on weekends (My latest Problem happened on Saturday afternoon) not only were plumbers not available, I was told I had to call back at 6pm to get on a “on call” list! The person I spoke with was very nice and did her best, but told me she wasn’t allowed to reserve a space on the “on call” list. Seems like a silly policy to me, and not customer friendly. BTW, I also use Aqua Electrical and HVAC for my properties and have spent over $1500 with them in the last 9 months... not that I think I’m so important, but rather the amount of business I represent would have easily justified overtime to address the problem more urgently...
