They were the only ones who actually answered the phone. I called on Thursday late afternoon and they were here Friday a.m. It was not an emergency, They called a half an hour before and arrived on time. Explained what they were doing and ask questions. Very nice and professional. I will use them again and would recommend them to my friends. Thanks for good customer service!!

First time using this company, fast response time on a Saturday. Pete did a very professional job. We would definitely use them again.

Spoke with Tom and he dad his guys come out and inspect/pump out my septic tank. They did a great job, and were careful not to damage my grass/sprinklers/fence. If I hadn't been outside talking with them, I wouldn't even have known they were there! Prices were the best I had gotten from a few different companies. Would definitely recommend to anyone I know.

A good company is hard to find so I’m so glad I found Culpepper!! I have been using them for years now and I won’t use anyone else!! They are professional, honest, reliable, and they take pride in their work!!! If I could give them more stars I would because they are that great!!
