If you are looking to remodel a kitchen look elsewhere. The designers ignore you once you pay (and yes you have to pay 100% upfront leaving you with no control), J&G that does the work is below sub-par, you will be hit with hidden costs, the job will drag on (it had been over a year since payment and job is still not done even though they have attempted multiple times to close it without completing punchlists), they will promise to make it right but never do. This is a large investment go to a local kitchen designer and get done right. Pictures don't lie, don't take my word for it see the evidence I've attached.

Unfortunately, I have not had one good experience at this store in either the lumber, doors, flooring or blind department. I placed an order for flooring, 2 weeks later I received a call that the flooring was back ordered for 2-3 months. I chose a second option, which shipped 2 weeks later than promised. We hired Home Depot's installers (required) and went through the permitting process with them- Nightmare!!! As soon as we got the permits, the installers came and OOPS, Home Depot messed up on the order and delivered the wrong locking system of the floor. No explanation, no apology. They finally agreed to return the flooring so that we could go through another vendor (after much frustration and arguing). What a waste of time and money for their inefficient, disorganized system. 1 year later, I decided to order blinds. Not a complicated order.. 30 phone calls and 2 months later from the date of the order and full payment they came to install the blinds. Nightmare of a company. Hello, Lowe's.
