With everything that goes in this world, this is a great tool to know exactly who is coming to your home. Danny was very professional, on time and very knowledgeable. Good team work, and outstanding service! Old water heater was removed and new one installed in no time! Chris, the technician answered all the questions and provided detailed explanations. Awesome sense of humor, very professional and enthusiastic. He not only did the job, he also enjoyed doing it, which makes a difference and ties to quality of service. I hope I will never have to call for service again, but if my appliances or pipes decide otherwise, they will be my first choice.

I enjoyed my hot water install experience. Techs were nice and on time. They even came one day to remove the heater so I can redo the floors before the new water heater was installed and didn't charge additional for the extra trip.It was $1500 total for a 50 gal tank + labor. I did feel it was a little high but went through with it still. The new heater works great and I am happy with it.
