We tried to get them to come out three times in the MORNING. Two of those times we waited until about 3pm and still no answer. One of the times they tried to call us to come at 2:30... The lady on the phone was very rude, and they can't schedule an exact time to come so your whole morning or even day could be taken up and then they may not even show up! Don't even waste your time with this company!
Horrible people. Horrible place. During a hurricane you think this company would have honor and integrity but they have none. They promised to show up again and again yet never doing so. Than when we called they said sorry we can’t come after a month!!! Don’t waste your time with these people no credibility.
They unclogged my kitchen drain for $180. The day after, the drain was clogged again. So, the when my wife called they said it was unclogged when they left. So, is it worth $180 for one day of unclogged drain?
After placing my service call to have my septic tank pumped, I waited for 6 hours for someone to show up and then I called the office back and asked to speak to the office manager, I was left on hold for 11 minutes before the office manager rudely answered and informed me she couldn't give me a time and being that it was close to end of day that they just might not get to me today and if I needed service that bad to just call someone else. She was unprofessional, rude as hell, sounded like a child, and not to mention someone could have picked up the phone and called me to let me know the status of my service call or if I was even going to get service done today. I will never call Roto Rooter again, worst company I've dealt with in years. Save yourself time and call a reputable company because obviously this one is just a fly by night franchise with rude arrogant employees
24/7? It’s 11 at night and I called about a hot water heater bursting, the girl who answered kept me waiting for 8 minutes while she woke up and then was very rude after. Why even offer 24/7 and not be ready for it, she hung up on me and said she didn’t want our business when I called back. On the other hand I called Plumb better and the guy who answered was very helpful.
