If I could give a zero I would. I called Friday morning (May 10th) in a panic because my septic tank was overflowing into my front yard. The lady answering the phone was so incredibly rude. She seriously has no business working customer service. I told her what was going on and she just seemed super annoyed that I was calling. Told me that IF they came to my house it would $185 service call and another $450+ to pump my tank. She kept putting me on hold. Finally I said, " Are you all just not interested in coming or what?" She said that they would try to come out that day if not I'd have to wait until Monday (3 days I'm suppose to wait?). No one ever did call me to set up a time. Not even on Monday. I called them because they were the ones who out my septic tank system in 11 years ago and they are who I used to pump my tank 3 years ago. Never again. Glenn Salyer was always such a nice guy but he seriously needs to hire someone else to answer his phones. I was in tears by the time I got off the phone with that lady.

Glenn is a great plumber and his staff are the best!

A guy Came to my house and was very rude and acted as if He was aggravated to be bothered by the issues that I had at my residence
