Although very nice, oil was leaked all over our driveway and our Frontier cable was severed by this company. He came to my door and said he may have dripped a bit oil but wasn't sure it was him or not and offered for me to come look. I was an idiot and didn't look because I am naive and assumed maybe a tiny bit and must've been dry or he would've known it was him, etc. Five min after he left I went to my car and saw a lot of wet oil dripped over the span of 20 or 30 feet of my drive. Then, we noticed our internet/tv went out right while he was here. I thought that must have been a coincidence and called Frontier to come help. They arrived today and just told us someone who'd been working near the septic tank severed the line. When am I going to stop being a trusting, nice person?! First bad review I've ever left in my life.
