We've dealt with many service companies over the years, always hoping for the right balance of service, quality and value. NEVER have we experienced such an extraordinary combination of all three until Joey Laborde and Shane Ware showed up to deal with a pesky plumbing issue that had us scratching our heads (along with other techs) for over a year. They were the first to respond, the first to fix the issue (and fix right) and with superb customer skills, always stepping up to do more than we expected (and without all the extra/nuisance charges). We were so impressed that we decided to hire them again immediately to handle replacement of our 14 year-old water heater. And once again, superb response, superb quality and superb value. Bottom line. Mr. Rooter has done what few other Service vendors are able to do these days, as they've captured us as lifetime customers. You may have tried the rest - it's time to try the best. Highly recommended!

Considered trying their service. I was told that after 4pm i would be charged a $75 fee, an hour later after canceling plans to make the 4pm appointment I was called back not to be told that someone is on the way to make my 4pm appointment, but that I would be charged the extra $75 regardless because its Friday. Reason was because the manager let the guy go home and was supposed to come out so they had to send another guy. Really??? This update is over due, I was immediately contacted and scheduled for a job. Great representation and top notch customer service.

Zach Mowry was the technician who came to my house and he was great! Couldn't have asked for better service! I had a clogged sink and Zach came out and got it taken care of while I was on my lunch break so I didn't even have to miss any time at work because he was really fast and showed up when he said he would! He got it taken care of without any issues. Thanks for the great service Zach, and will definitely refer all friends and family from now on!
