Nice guy but he broke the faucet while installing cartridges. So next day my kitchen floor was wet from new leak. He came back says i have to buy a new faucet (so he can charge again for installation.) Bad business. Now i have to get another plumber charging 200 to install faucet.
These guys are a class act. Good, friendly people with great service. And they don't try to up-sell you anything. They have been to my house for three different projects and always do a great job.
Horrible customer service rude and they don’t take credit cards. Run from this company and they will bill you before they have even completed the job!!
I've read some horrible reviews here. If I had not used this company plenty of times over the years I would be so afraid to try them. I read some unkind things about the service this company has provided and it sounds like there must be more to the story than we are being told. In all my years of dealing with this company I was never treated with ANY disrespect from anyone. The service has always been quite professional with no problems ever. It sounds like someone didn't give us the whole story, and that's usually the way that works.
