Called to have a macerating toilet at my business fixed. Told the phone operator that I had an "electric macerating toilet that was not filling with water or flushing properly". Serviceman comes out and says "he has never worked on a camping toilet but will try to get the part." This toilet is a 1300 dollar toilet made for homes and businesses not a camping toilet. A few days latter we are charged 100 dollars for the service call. Never was informed about this charge and never signed or authorized it. Tried to resolve this issue but the receptionist basically told my partner I was lying. After we attempted to resolve the issue the receptionist-operator leaves me a message now saying "they don't fix boat toilets". Pretty sad when a pluming company refers to your 1300.00 macerating toilet as a camper and boat toilet. Called a liar. Then charged for a call to be told they can not fix it. **** Update 8/20/19.. I spent 1 hour fixing toilet myself. Replaced a 65 dollar solinoid. That was it.

Scheduled an appointment to have them come out to help me install a standalone dual vanity. Took off from work early but got a call asking if I thought the work was going to be done that day. Yes, that is why I I took time off work. They reschedule for the next day and assure me the work will be done accurately even if I am not home. I gave specific instructions to shim the legs if they were not level, since there was a gap in the tile that I had purchased a larger than normal vanity to cover it, for $1500. Without asking, they decided to smash the tile around the vanity and fit the vanity inside. When I got home I couldn't believe what I saw, and they left a huge mess, marked up the wall, and left me soaked towels from a leak that extended into the bathroom on the other side of the wall. When the vanity was removed to make way for the new custom cabinets that I had to buy to cover the now bigger un-tiled area, I discovered all of the pipes flopping around unfastened in the wall. They had also cut out the back of the vanity even though there were already plumbing cutouts, so it could not be returned. I never received an estimate or a bill, until 3 weeks later, when I get a bill for $758. I sincerely wish I had done the work myself, I could have done a better job and would have saved myself thousands and the destruction to my house.

Mask plumbing was recommended to me by a friend. On a Saturday our one toilet and tub backed up, and we had a party planned for the next day! Mask gave us a quote over $300 less than another company I called, was out here in under an hour and had us up and running in 20 minutes! Our tech Roland was polite and explained everything. Will definitely use them again.
