Did not tell me the are here first of all was supposed to do a tune up on my eater heater and solar this guy came here said he cleaned the panel and checked the hoses was told we need new insulation but he doesn't to that he just looks at everything and he was supposed to drain the water heater but all he did was look to make sure it was still running which I could have told him that so paid 200 dollers for him to just look at things and wipe down a solar panel keep in mind I could have done that but said I will need to pay a lot more money to get the insulation replaced was told tune up consisted of taking care of that would give them no stars but that's not an option will never use them again

They said my HVAC was on its last leg and I needed to pay for half of the new unit up front ( my bad) i have the same unit running perfectly and am out the $2000. CROOKS! They only got 1star because there is no option for NO star! BBB rating F and a huge file with seniors vs crime.

Can never get a response from this company. Supposed to receive 2free bags of salt. Thats a joke!

This "business" needs to be shut down. They should be criminally prosecuted for fraud and theft. Never ever use them.

This company sold my 90+ year old father multiple overlapping service contracts, then charged him over $4500 to install a new HVAC unit because they said he did not have a warranty or service contract. His actual warranty had another 5 years to run. Either this company keeps shoddy records or they are scamming seniors. I have a complaint in to the BBB and am still awaiting a response.
