Climate Design

After finding shower drains backing up on a Saturday morning, I spent an hour or so trying to clear it myself. Finally I called Climate Design Plumbing and was told they had a Tech on weekend call. Jim was out in a couple of hours and took care of the problem for us, which was outside the house anyway. Jim was here when our drain line was replaced, and is always polite and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend his service.

Mr. Ian Brown of Climate Design performed an inspection of our three-year-old air conditioning system. All I can say is: I have never met an A/C technician who knows as much detail about the entire system and can explain it as clearly as Ian Brown. He found numerous errors and omissions committed during the original installation and corrected them on the spot. The air handler immediately began running significantly quieter and more efficiently. Wow! This service was among the best money I ever spent!

I was able to get same day service when my garbage disposal needed replacement. The tech, Jim was so friendly and walked me through each step of the replacement. He also gave me a few tips on keeping the disposal in good working condition. He left the area,under the sink cleaner than he found it. Climate Design will have all my future plumbing business and I highly recommend them for A/C as well.
