They installed a new tank-less electric water heater in my home this past week, and did an excellent job. I finally have a plumber I can trust.

The company screwed up my toilet install by trying to reuse an existing damaged flange. The tech made the decision, not the customer, as I would have gladly paid for the additional time and materials during the install. The technician also unplugged my freezer to use his power tool and failed to plug it back in. So now I'm out about $400 in lost food, and they charged me another $200 to fix their initial mistake. And the owner isn't even considering cutting the customer slack for their mistake, nor offering any compensation for the lost food. I would never recommend this company... except to some of my enemies. They seem like the inexpensive option at first, but if they have to fix their own work (which isn't under warranty), you'll have to pay twice.

The owner Stephen is awesome! Plumber Alan is great too. Honest and do things right!

Rodberg Plumbing came highly rated from Angie’s List. They were the first to call me so because of their rating and the call, I scheduled an appointment for the next morning between 9-11 am. Typically service providers call 30 minutes prior to arriving but in this case I did not receive a call, so I called Rodberg Plumbing’s number. The guy who answered advised that he could be out here in 20 minutes, yet an hour passed and he had not arrived. I called back, he answered, but hung up on me. I can’t comment on the actual work Rodberg Plumbing does, because highly unlikely that I will ever use them. The one star rating is for him being over an hour late (wasting my time) and hanging up on me. I have limited time to take care of household items, so I’d rather work with a company that is punctual, can respect my time, and communicates better.
