Assigned by my home warranty company, Select Home Warranty, had a scheduled appointment between 1 - 3; had to leave the office to be home. They never showed and would not answer their phone or return voice mail from me, their answering service and SHW. Highly suggest you go elsewhere if you need a plumber. I hadn’t listed the name of my warranty company prior to LSG response.

They wound up standing us up, in the heat, four different times before we found a different group. We should have been smarter than that. You should be too.

Disgusting! They did the same to me. They gave us the wrong schedule, telling they would come Friday, then Saturday. I called numerous times and left voice message requesting a response that never came. They did not show up or call at all. I do not think these kind of companies should exist. Please, do not call them. In this country, full of Patriotism, their work ethics do not honor the quality this country reflex.

Complete disappointment! Called them five times to confirm appt. No answer. They did not keep appt., call to say couldn't keep appt. or call to reschedule.

Completely unprofessional company. They never answer their phone ...ever. I had a scheduled service call 2 days ahead. I called them the day before to confirm, which they did. However they not only did not show up but never returned my inquiries to see why. Thank you for letting me sit in my hot hone ( no AC ) between 8-5 for nothing
