This is our second major event. The first was in our prior house and we needed two units installed. Pro-Tech did a first class job on those installations and were very professional and friendly. Considering that these guys work in such hot humid conditions, it is surprising to see such pleasantness. All this while doing an excellent job. The finish work after the install was complete and done very well. We are now in a new (older home) and, as expected, the A/C packed up, albeit a few month sooner than planned). Our technician came out and in the heat and rain did a thorough diagnosis. We new the unit was on its last leg, but the technician made a valiant effort to get one more week out of it. Unfortunately, It is time to replace. We expect an excellent service as we have had in the past and have no qualms about having Pro-Tech organize and install our new A/C.
Awesome service! They were able to fix our issue and send out a tech the same day as I called when other service providers were estimating 2-5 business days. Our tech, Ogi, was awesome! John did an excellent job explaining the process and choosing just the right unit for our A/C replacement. Mandilyn got us scheduled quickly and took care of all our paperwork. Marc and Reuben made the installation as painless as possible and did a great job. Michael was available throughout the day to oversee the install and answer questions. I would recommend Pro-Tech Air Conditioning to anyone looking for service or replacement.
We have their maintenance plan, and recommend it! Today our tech Nick was on time, worked quickly and even had our unique filter size on hand to replace. Great service- even wore booties in the house to keep the floor clean.
Yesterday was the hottest day of the year. My AC stopped working so I called Pro-Tech. Within a few hours someone was at my door to fix the problem. This is the busiest time of year and most companies take a long time to respond. Pro-Tech was fast and professional. Thank you guys!
