I called champion and even though they may be a small company I highly I mean highly recommend them they where here next day and did a great job and also did it quickly also didnt try to sell me anything I didn't need. Great. James arrived early, understood my situation, dug up the tank lid, and saw that the tank was fine and did not need to be pumped. He tried to "snake" through the line to feel the clog, but could not free it. He recommended a plumber who would have the longer auger who could get the job done. He did not pump out the tank and only charged me a service call. True professional. I will call him again if I need any septic tank service.

Excellent. I called first thing in the morning with an urgent issue, and he showed up same day, early afternoon as stated over the phone. Service was fast, efficient, informative and friendly. I will definitely use this company for future needs, and I will recommend this company to everyone.
