Our experience included: Poor workmanship - Left old sewer drain pipes in and when we caught them they said they weren't sure where each one went so they were going to leave them. We made them pull the drain pipes and the pipes were cracked open at least an inch on the bottom (all of them were bad and would have been left if we didn't discover it) - Cut a knotch into our upper roof truss to put a vent pipe through instead of putting elbows in the vent pipe. - Did not sand down the spackle - our bathroom was a bumpy mess and they just painted over all the unsanded mud. - Poor paint job on top of unsanded mud - could see the drywall through the paint at spots. Never sent anyone more than a day to get the mud repaired and the paint redone and was always a terrible job so we quit asking and finished ourselves. - Tiles were not put up properly in the shower - they put the thinset on in mounds without spredding it causing numerous hollow spots in our shower - Did not grout properly - missed lots of spots in the shower and on our floor - Cracked a few glass tiles of the decorative shower tiles we bought and installed them cracked. You get the idea, problems were too numerous to list all. Owners (one in particular) were hard to work with and hardly showed up to the work site. Pulled the regular two guys off our project before it was complete and had subcontractors come to finish the work (not part of the company).

BEST COMPANY EVER!!!! I had the most amazing and beautiful experience with Royal Crest. From start to finish, they were there the whole way to help me. They completed the project before the estimated due date and always keep me updated and aware of everything happening! I made all the choices and I can truly say I live in the house of my dreams! They made building my dream house so easy, it felt unreal! The owners are very kind and amazing people and I am grateful for them and wish them all the luck in their future!! Defiantly recommend for any type of construction or remodel needed!

I just moved to the Keys and the first day in my new home, our water pipes got clogged up started flooding the entire bathroom! One of the workers was still working on my house he immediately contacted the rest of his crew and within 10 minutes another showed up, they stayed late working on my property until 7pm and didn’t leave until it was fixed! It is nice to have a company that is friendly helpful and experienced and getting your project done in a timely manner and under budget

We recently had Royal Crest Builders of Marathon, FL build a 1,225 sf addition to our duplex in Key Colony Beach, along with other miscellaneous remodeling and painting encompassing three stories of building area. Time was of the essence due to incoming rentals, with a deadline of November 17, and Royal Crest came through with flying colors within our needed time frame (actually ahead of schedule by one day), which, considering the fact that we added extra work to the contract, was an amazing feat. We would highly recommend Royal Crest Builders due to their professionalism on the job, performing all the work on time and on budget, with no surprises, and a timely clean up after the various phases of work were completed.
