Called with an emergency and needed to file emergency permit with city . They handled everything within a couple hours and did a clean job. They even used material that was extra strength to withstand the keys harsh environment. I would recommend them with any plumbing needs

They took over two years after taking my deposit to hook up to the sewer. Than they trenched exactly were I asked them not to which so far has killed one huge beautiful tree. Now that won't return phone calls

I recently used 3rd Generation for some work at the house. The company came recommended by a friend. Even though I was a little anxious because I never heard of the company, I went for it anyway. Originally when I called I spoke to someone named "Katie". Katie understood my concerns and quickly made an appointment for me. The day before my appointment Katie called me to remind me of the appointment. Katie explained what time the workers would be there and what to expect The workers showed up on time as promised. They were clean, professional and respectful. They spent 1 1/2 hours dealing with my issue and only charged me for 1 hours work. They cleaned up after themselves and left my house just as they found it. Several days later I received a phone call from Katie to follow-up to see if my issue was resolved and If I was happy with the work. My only experience with this company was limited to Katie and the 2 workers that came to the house. The experience was pleasant from my initial call to Katie and all the way through to when Katie called me to follow-up. I would use this company again, and would absolutely recommend them.

We got to meet dad too...the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.True professionals with a personal touch. Hard to beat that combination. Third Generation was sent out by the appliance insurance company (AHS).The repair man - who incidentally didn't introduce himself - gave us a third degree interrogation about the quality of our AC. Insinuating we are not happy, that it didn't cool well and that the freon was leaking out. All of that was not the case, we just needed him to replace the drain pan. When I told him to stop pushing for a new AC he got really nasty, so I asked him to leave. He reported to AHS that we "stepped" on the drain pan.....therewith making sure the coverage for the repair was rejected. A quick call to AHS resulted in ACE Heating and Cooling coming out for a second opinion and they fixed the AC which was paid for AHS. I have tried to talk to Third Generation about this and see if they would review their report, but as if today, I never received a call back form them. And I called them twice.
