Called at 10pm due to toilets backing up in 3 bathrooms and sewage coming up through the drains in each bath tub and shower...No one called back like they said they would. Called again at 6am still no return call and it’s 745a. Asked the dispatcher when they may return a call, she stated that she can’t answer that she just sends it out to the tech and they will call. Called another company right after I got off the phone and they arrived at the house by 635a. Not even 30 minutes after making a call.
