Called with a hot water tank issue. Figured I would have to replace it. They sent a guy out, listened to the issues we had leading up to no hot water, looked over everything, took time to test each electrical component in this two element/ thermostat unit. Found the top thermostat was not testing properly. Changed it out. It was a different dial system for temp control than bottom one and they have to be set the same so asked me if I wanted bottom one changed to match. Gave me a price for changing out bottom oone.It was a very fair price. Had it done and now both thermostats are new and hot water tank works great. Saved us a lot of money fixing rather than replacing! Thanks Samco!
