Royal Flush is awesome!!! We just bought a new home and on the day we moved in the cable guy put a hole through the main water pipe. Being the Saturday before New Years I figured it was going to be a nightmare! Called Royal Flush and they were here within 2 hours and had it all fixed for us !!! I was so impressed with the plumbers knowledge and how he went right to work and got it all done !! Royal Flush saved the day !!!!
It was a disappointing experience to have Royal Flush repipe my home. At the end of their work, there were holes in the exterior stucco, a dishwasher which wasn’t remounted, and drywall cut too small. My attempts for correction took four rescheduled appointments before they were completed. Previous experience with this company was good but this recent experience was terrible - I will never use them again nor refer them.
Cold water line leak beneath bathroom vanity in PVC pipe. Stress break to too much tension on line due to faulty installation (2010). Called RFP at 3:30 p.m. and they were working by 6:00 p.m. and completed work by 7:30 p.m. Cleaned up area, explained problem, and satisfactory fee. Highly recommended. We had called original contractor they said they could come 4 days later!!
