10 years with this company and never one issue. They come out on time routinely throughout the year and always give updates on the system performance. Have only needed it pumped 1 time at a reasonable rate with no issues at all! Never even knew they were there. Great company!

I question the honesty of this company. They started pumping my tank in 2004 and I have had them do it 4 times. I understand that if they have to use more than 200 feet of hose, there is an additional charge. I have no issue with that. The first two times it was pumped, they used 200 feet. The third time, they said they had to use 220 feet and this last time (and it will be the last time) I was told they had to use over 250 feet, which cost me quite a bit more. When I called and wrote them a letter (they did not respond to the letter), I was told rather abruptly by the lady answering the phone that they just go by what the driver tells them. So I have to figure either they are dishonest or their employees do not know what they are doing but I can assure you that my septic tank has not moved over 50 feet in the last 13 years. I will be trying someone else next time I need help.

BE WARE!!! Very disappointed with this company. My parents had a drain fill done four years ago with this company. Mind you it was not cheap. Been having problems with it since it was built. Now it's to the point that the water with waste comes out of everywhere. When contacted the company they only guarantee their work for a year. A system that everywhere you call is supposed to work with no problems for ten years. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Shop around the area, there's other companies that will honor their work.
