I recently had a terrible experience with Ogre Plumbing Contractors. I had used them some six months ago with some difficulty. When i kept after them they eventually finished my project. I hesitated to use them again but decided to go ahead. my latest project was run by the owner's daughter and he was so interested in her proving herself that he let her flounder and do bad work. It was obvious that she felt it was not the best path to call her boss/Dad because he might be disappointed in her. I got caught up in the family teaching experience and my job suffered repeatedly. Not showing up on time, showing up and then leaving shortly after without completing the work for that day. This was the normal procedure, not an exception. Ken was called several times and asked to correct the situation and most often he would not call back but sent Vicky out there again to do more partial work. In the last few days they have shown up unannounced at my clients place of business and commenced to do things without me getting the courtesy of a phone call. Total lack of professional communication. I would caution any homeowner or business owner from hiring this company.
Professional, Polite and ON TIME No one looks forward to needing a plumber. But when you do need one, it is great to find a company that sends a team of polite professionals who know their job, communicate what they are doing, and accomplish the work in short order. Based on my experience with OGRE PLUMBING, I highly recommend them.
my rental company sent them out to fix issues that were preexisting to my move in , great company quick work, they clearly know what they are doing , this is after 3 other people took a look and couldn't figure out what was wrong.
Just had my bath tub replaced and they did a GREAT JOB! On time and quoted us one day and in one day it was done. Will definitely recommend and call them in the future!!!
Absolutely not. I don’t usually do this because I hate the idea of causing harm to someone’s business but people need to beware. I and a neighbor had a terrible experience with Ken (at least my job didn’t turn into an insurance claim). He was completely unprofessional, non responsive and his employees were absolutely incapable of doing the job. I hoped when he actually got involved it would be Ok but no. He should not be a business owner period. If you are not able to do the job anymore your employees need to be capable and when they are not you need to be a stand up business professional. Please get more quotes, save yourself months of hassle and use someone else.
