Its not often I would post a review for a job gone bad but I want to recognize the professionalism and speed with which Tampa Bay Plumbers resolved the issue. I had a pipe repair that didn't hold and resulted in a major water leak that required significant clean up and damaged the premises. Ryan and his team responded very quickly and had a water damage/restoration firm on the premises within 2 hours. Cleanup was completed and materials ordered to replace damaged floors. Special thanks to Carlos and his team for their conscientious and skilled installation of flooring and baseboard replacement. The job completed with a total house cleaning and I am thrilled with the results. Although the whole process was inconvenient, I have to commend Ryan and his company for standing by their work and making things right as well as communicating throughout the process. I intend to remain a loyal customer given the quality of services rendered and stalwart commitment this company has to their customers and brand. Stuff happens and its rare these days to find a company that stands by their product and service and goes the extra mile to make it right.

I had a toilet flange that needed to either be replaced or somehow fixed. I called Tampa Bay Plumbers and spoke to a gentleman on the phone and I was impressed enough after speaking with him that I made an appointment to have them fix the flange. They said they would have someone there between 8 and 10 on a Tuesday morning so I took a half day off at work to meet the plumber. At 10:30, I called them and asked where the plumber was as no one had showed up yet. The woman who answered the phone asked if she could call me back. She called back a few minutes later and said the person who was supposed to come was not answering his phone and they would have someone out within the hour. At around 11:30, Dominik called me and said he would be there in about an hour at which point I expressed my dis-satisfaction with the service so far. I called the main number and spoke to the woman on the phone and complained about them being 2 1/2 hours late and she acted like it was no big deal. Dominik showed up around 12:30 and he put a flange kit on the flange and mounted the toilet for me. He was unable to give me the veteran discount I had been told I would get then I initially made the appointment. Dominik did a great job and cleaned up after the repair very well. Personally I would be very hesitant to use this company in the future based on this experience. On their website it says "Fastest service in town guaranteed!". Well I would question that statement.

This was our first experience with a septic tank, as we were on city/county sewer in our previous homes. So we are basically flying blind. A few days ago, our master bathroom toilet began to drain slowly, followed by a series of "burping" bubbles once the toilet drained. The technician originally thought the septic tank may need to be pumped. However, when he removed both riser covers, he found that the problem was just a clogged filter. We gladly paid the service call fee instead of needing to set an appointment and pay to have the tank pumped. We honestly had no idea what to expect and were at the mercy of the technician's diagnosis. We appreciate his honestly and not taking advantage of our inexperience. We would recommend Tampa Bay Plumbers to anyone. Actually, they were a recommendation from our neighbors. Keep up the great work! Thank you.

Zach and Mike are amazing!!!!! i work for metro by t-mobile and our toilets were backed up. they came in super professional talked me through everything they were gonna do and was in and out in less than 45 mins!!! prices you cant beat! service you cant beat!! i highly recommend anyone who needs services for business or residential

I have been using this company for several years, and with all of my properties septic and plumbing needs. I am a shopper, and like to compare companies.. they keep coming up as the best service with fair value. Today, Patrick an Jacob came to pump out my septic, they were efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. They offered advice and made sure everything was clean and back to normal. all this while in 90+ degree weather. Thanks. you are both a credit to your company.
