Excellent work! My appointment was for 9:30am the boys got to my house at 9:15am. Which is great because to me early is on time! Ramon and Lionel walked right up to me an introduced themselves and asked me to confirm everything I was expecting from them. Next Frankie showed up he was their supervisor and confirmed the work that was to be done. The boys got right to work and did not stop until the job was completely done! Very impressed with their work ethic (7 hour job). Not a single corner was cut or even mentioned. When things got complicated they did not even ask to take the easy way just continued working. There were no excuses just solutions. I was truly a pleasure working with Ramon and Lionel! They exceeded every expectation I had. When providing a service a company is only as good as the people they employee and these two gentleman were as good as they get! I know I was a pain and very particular but you guys killed it! I just had Dan and Dylan out to replace hot water heaters at two properties. They couldn’t have been nicer. So professional and courteous and conscientious of time. 6-27-2018 and 6.24.2019 update Its Monday at 8 am. I think the capacitor is out and they will be here at 1 to 4pm. Great response time and customer service. Thank you guys again. REPEAT CUSTOMER. Everything was explained thoroughly and we were included in every step of the process from billing to complete repair. What a nice man to work with. You should be proud having a team member like him. Mike Gregorio came out to fix my backed up kitchen sink. He was respectful, kind to me and my son, friendly, and honest. When he saw an opportunity to save me a few dollars, he let me know. He presented my options, and gave his professional opinion, but never tried to hard sell or up sell me. Mike was on time, kept my home clean, worked diligently and fixed my sink. I was so impressed with Mike, as a representative of Red Cap that I decided to sign up for their Family Comfort Club. If all of Red Cap’s techs are Mike’s caliber, I am in excellent hands! I would be honored to have Mike dispatched to any future calls on my account.

Excellent Service - Helped install a new AC, Don Connell showed up in 1 day, and then had the team scheduled and ready to install the next day. Don was very knowledgeable, reviewed the home specs to properly configure the system, provided several options for review, and followed up throughout the process... right down to getting the final inspection completed. The installation team of Manny and Chris were excellent... no rushing or cutting corners, and very clean ! Definitely recommend the Red Cap team ... they will be my AC service team in Tampa !
