Shawn did a great job!!! After the plumber from the company "Hers and His" came, he didn't do a thing. For days he try to sell me a tank for the toilet, then he switch over to a whole new toilet. The only thing the thank needed was new screws. He could not remove the screws so he try to sell me a new toilet and then i would have to pay him to install it. What a shame. Florida Plumbing & Environmental Service (Shawn) came to my rescue, change the screws and the work was done. He also adjust the stopper from the sink, something the plumber from "Hers & His could not do.????‍♂️???? Thank you Shawn. God bless you because you're honest.

PLEASE READ!!!!! ATTENTION EVERY POTENTIAL CUSTOMER. I'm so disappointed and ticked off that this company showed it's TRUE colors. I must start of by saying I was scheduled for a service call from my Home warranty thru them for Wednesday and I called Tuesday to verify my appointment I was told 12-4 PM I took off work waited till 5pm called mike the owner he told me he had no record of me on his schedule and he was sorry his wife told me that. He put me on for that next day Thursday. The tech came out spent time there unclogging my pipe and left the portion of my pipe still open and forgot the rubber piece I had placed on there. I came home to my entire garage Flooded!!! And some how re clogged. I called up that same second he apologized and said he will be out tomorrow this time he came put a new cap on fixed the plumbing again because it was rec logged only this time his machine vibrated and knocked over a jack that happen to land on my Grouper fishing pole and snapped the pole almost in half and then I came home again texted the owner and his response was " it was an honest mistake" I asked him to make things right by refunding my service call he kept on justifying he had to come back out to fix the leak again as if it was my problem. Then after all this he told me he would be giving me 75 bucks back to my card I waited a week no refund. Then I asked him he said we don't have your card on file that he will send me a check been 10 days before nothing. If a plumbing company has a hard time refunding 75 bucks good luck getting any serious damages fixed. It's a shame they acted like this beware of this place. Yes they may be nice but in a bind they are dishonest

Horrible communication and customer service! 1. I was given a 4 hour window between 10-2. The technician called at 1:30 to say he would not be able to make it until 3. I ran an errand and he showed up and left by 3. NO phone calls, no text messages. nothing. 2. At 4 I called and asked if he was still coming. I was told he took a picture of our front door at 2:43! Travis the office manager stated he doesn't pay his guys to sit and wait! Even though I was home by 3! 3. I was given their name from my home warranty. They did NOT call me within the 24 hours I was told they would. When I called them to schedule, they stated they had 2 business days to call me! 4. Per my home warranty, they had 24 hours to schedule the appointment, which, guess what? They were unable to do! It was scheduled two days later.

Florida plumbing is the best company. Highly recommend to anyone that needs plumbing to there homes. Employee Ray very professional hard worker. Doesn’t matter what time they still give good work quality. Very respectful and works clean. Any plumbing issue at my Home Florida plumbing is the number company I will call. Keep up the good work.

Had a great experience with Florida Plumbing & Environmental. Very professional and they did a great job. Shawn was super friendly and great to work with. I would highly recommend them.
