Do not trust this company. I hired them for a whole house re pipe. They showed up the first day unprepared to work. They had 4 guys working and only dug a trench for the first days work. The second day they no showed. They would not return phone calls. I went to the office and the manager refused to meet with me. They may be good for small jobs, but cannot handle all plumbing issues. *****In response to the owner. I am positive that I contacted Acme Plumbing. The job was contracted over a year ago. After the no show the second day, I went to the office in Destin with cash in hand and could not speak to one person, except the receptionist. Good try to throw people off my bad review though. I posted publicly, instead of anonymously so I should be in your records. Should show others how unprofessional and untrustworthy you really are. The trenching was the only work done. Good thing I didn't pay anything in advance. Feel free to call me if you would like to speak further. My number will be in your records.

Shawn with Acme Plumbing did a wonderful job. I have a vacation house and the guests had a problem with a leak under the sink. It was hard to find someone to actually answer an after-hours call, in spite of all the companies that claim to have it. Acme answered right away and they were at the house quickly, and fixed the problem within minutes. The rate was very reasonable, especially for an after hours call. I am very happy and my guests are too. Thank you Acme!!!

Impressive Customer Service! Today is a Friday and our entire Klean Wash Laundry Service had to be shut down for a plumbing issue the Gas company discovered. We thought; no problem, we'll just call a Plumber. We called the Plumber we normally use and they couldn't come, then we called every Plumber in the book and the soonest anyone could be out here would be Monday! Which would keep our business shut down the rest of Friday and the entire weekend. Acme Plumbing could hear the panic in our voice and immediately sent a tech out to fix the issue, so the Gas company could again check it. Needless to say; Acme Plumbing saved us from having to shut down and lose revenue. We couldn't be more pleased with your service. Fast, Friendly and Efficient!

We have used Acme Plumbing several times and are always happy with their excellent work! Barbara is always so kind and professional in scheduling their Plumber to help us! They are very punctual and they complete projects in a very timely way! We highly recommend Acme Plumbing!

I had a leak under my kitchen sink and requested service. The plumber advised that I replace two valves in addition to the one I called about, and I took that advice. Two days later I checked under the kitchen sink and there was a leak from one of the valves that the plumber recommended be replaced. I called Acme about this and the same plumber came to do the repair. Later that day there was, again, a leak from the same area under the kitchen sink. I was told that it would be over 3 hours before the same individual who came out the first two times would be able to come out again. When I told the office manager that I wanted another person to do the work I was told that would void the warrantee and I would be charged for both the visit/labor and parts to (try) and repair the problem.
