Had another company out here Monday evening, the kid said they needed to write up a quote because they need to use a camera and there may be blockage under the house. Well the tech from Brownies came this morning and he found the blockage right away pretty much. No camera needed. I would definitely recommend this company for your plumbing issues. I'm in Jacksonville as well. Not sure how far they usually travel! But thank you!! I can shower again. ????????
We called this company out for a leak underneath our toilet on Friday. The technician came out and replaced the ring however, the leak became worse. I called them back a few hours later and the technician said that he cracked the water tank while he was moving the toilet and we would have to pay another $125 for him to install a new tank on Monday. Needless to say we had to buy a new toilet and went with a different company to avoid any more mishaps.

I am in the middle of purchasing a new home that has a septic. I needed an inspection and my home inspector suggested I call Brownies. I did and am I so glad I did. The women in the office were so nice and helpful, they took the time to explain to me exactly everything I needed to know regarding a septic tank and what to expect from the inspection. I was able to schedule an inspection the very next day. The Brownie's service man (Eric) called me about 30 min prior to his arrival which gave me time to run over to the property. He completed the inspection and was so patient to answer all the questions I had regarding the system. Never did he make me feel I was wasting his time. He had a great attitude and made me feel important. They WILL be my go to for all my septic and plumbing needs from now on. Thank you Brownies!!
Brownies is my go to for plumbing problems. Their techs are smart, friendly and honest. I had a backup that had all the signs of a failed drain field... I called late at night and they setup an appointment for the next morning. They recommended a pump out to see what the problem was. The tech showed up on time, was super friendly, remembered me from my last service, opened the box and found it was not a drain field problem. He knew of a particular problem based on how systems in my area were built and found that right away. It was a clog between the main drain and the tank. Brownies earned a customer for life today. I know the next time I have a problem they will be there fast, and won't overcharge or mislead me. Thanks again Rene, you saved my sanity and my wallet this morning!
