Was not honest and up front about pricing. I was told one thing then charged additionally. Jennifer specifically told me the test and certify for a backflow was included in a 400$ repair charge then they billed me for it anyway. Very dishonest people in my opinion.

I manage multiple buildings and Broward Backflow Prevention is Professional, Reliable and on time. the owners as well as the staff are well trained and polite We have had to call them out in emergencies and there response is great as are their prices. We highly recommend them. this business is a pleasure to work with.
